If at any time within the first 30 days of your contract, you are not completely satisfied with our services, we will be refund the full amount you paid for your web site. This excludes any setup fees for ShopServ once work has been performed, and domain registration fees. Set up fees are refundable only if the account order is canceled before setup and activation.

Web hosting full contract amounts less any setup fees, domain registration fees and overages will be refunded if Masscot is notified within the first 30 days following activation of your site. No refund is available after the 30th day.

This policy excludes any additional services including bandwidth usage, additional disk space, domain name registration, and other non hosting services which may be covered by separate guarantees. It also excludes and sites cancelled for violations of our Terms of Acceptable Use..
